Our online store is hosted through Shopify. Shopify provides the technology used to display products, operate checkout, and support e-commerce functions.

We offer Halloween-related products, including props, masks, costumes, clothing, accessories, and related items.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, and photographs accurately. However:

• Colours may differ slightly because of screen settings and lighting;

• Handmade-effect or distressed products may have minor variations;

• Measurements may vary within reasonable tolerances;

• Packaging may change without materially affecting the product; and

• Product availability may change.

These qualifications do not permit us to provide products that materially fail to conform to the contract.

5. Costume and Prop Safety

Customers must review and follow all product warnings, age recommendations, assembly instructions, care instructions, and safety information.

Products must not be used in a way that:

• Blocks safe vision or breathing;

• Creates a fire hazard;

• Violates local laws;

• Is intended to threaten or deceive others;

• Is used as real protective or safety equipment unless expressly certified for that purpose;

• Is accessible to children contrary to an age warning; or

• Creates an unreasonable risk to the user or another person.

Costume masks, props, and accessories are not professional protective equipment unless the product page expressly states and documents such certification.

Decorative replica props must not be represented or used as real weapons.

6. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or during checkout.

Applicable taxes and charges will be included or displayed as required by law. Optional charges will be disclosed before the order is submitted.

We may change future prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an already accepted order except where the law permits correction of an obvious error.

7. Orders

Placing a product in the shopping cart does not reserve it.

By selecting the final purchase button, the customer submits an offer to buy the products and agrees to pay the displayed total.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but may not constitute final acceptance.

10. Free Shipping and Delivery

We provide free standard shipping on accepted orders.

The estimated total delivery time is 15 to 20 calendar days from the order date, unless another estimate is displayed before purchase.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly accept a fixed date. Customers ordering for a specific event should allow sufficient additional time.

11. Returns and Withdrawal

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

EU consumers generally have a separate 14-day statutory withdrawal right, subject to lawful exceptions.

Sealed masks, cosmetics, wigs, mouth-contact products, intimate garments, and other genuine hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded from change-of-mind returns after their protective seal is removed, where permitted by law.

Mandatory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.

12. Legal Guarantee

Consumers benefit from the applicable legal guarantee of conformity, generally lasting at least two years after delivery.

Where a product is defective, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise non-conforming, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

13. Promotions

A consumer residing in another country retains any mandatory protection granted by the law of the consumer’s habitual residence.

Consumers may use an applicable alternative dispute-resolution body, contact a consumer-protection authority, or bring proceedings before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

25. Severability

These Terms, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Legal Notice, product information, and order confirmation, form the applicable agreement.

Mandatory law prevails in the event of a conflict.
